Since Jiraya is about 25 years or so older than Kakashi, and Sakumo honestly looked pretty damn old when Kakashi was a baby (I wanna say he was an old dad? Maybe in his 40′s when he had his kid?) I’m now tentatively headcanon-ing Sakumo is Jiraya’s uncle :3
